What You’ll Do

Bake bakery-style French macarons to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Build confidence in the kitchen while making French macarons in this interactive cooking class in Palo Alto (The Bay Area). With guidance from Chef Andrea or a resident chef, you’ll prepare two elevated flavors, peach and Champagne and chocolate crème brûlée. You’ll practice proper macaronage, resting and filling techniques while learning how to achieve smooth shells and balanced flavors. Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
