Cook a classic Japanese bistro dinner for date night.
Enjoy Japanese-inspired flavors together in this hands-on cooking class in Ann Arbor. Prepare seared salmon with honey miso butter, butter fried garlic rice and a crisp salad with ginger-orange dressing. You’ll also fry vegetable tempura and serve it with dashi dipping sauce before finishing with black sesame ice cream. Chef Daniel or a resident chef will guide you through each step. This cooking class in Ann Arbor is perfect for couples who enjoy cooking side by side and exploring a balanced, bistro-style menu.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
