Learn this special BBQ technique using live oak coals, which is unique to the windy Santa Maria Valley. You'll learn to prepare a traditional tri-tip steak with fresh salsa, pinquito beans, green salad, and grilled San Francisco sourdough bread. End your barbecue exploration on a sweet note with a tangy Meyer lemon cake.
