Ready to trade your usual night out for something way more fun?

In this hands-on sushi-making class, Chef Tony breaks down sushi so it actually feels doable, even if you’ve never rolled a sushi in your life. You’ll kick things off by learning how to make perfectly seasoned sushi rice (yes, there is a secret), then pick up a few knife and prep tricks that make sushi-making smoother.

Once the basics are down, it’s rolling time. You’ll build a California-style hand roll with nori, sushi rice, imitation crab or cooked shrimp, avocado, cucumber and sesame seeds, then switch things up with a colorful veggie roll finished with a touch of cream cheese. The whole experience is social, relaxed and hosted inside a modern Mid-Cities brewery, so you can sip, roll and snack as you go. Book your cooking class today!
