Join Chef Sean in the Redwoods for a fun and unique outdoor grilling experience.
Let Chef Sean teach you everything about grilling, from meat and seafood dishes to vegetables and desserts, along with tips and tricks to host your own grill party at home. This engaging class is all about getting in touch with your ingredients, the flame, and the natural setting around you.

This enticing menu brings the great outdoors to your palate with creative recipes like sun tea and grilled pineapple with smoked vanilla ice cream. Learn to make succulent rosemary chicken, grilled steak, and cedar plank salmon with flavorful side dishes like grilled potato salad and asparagus. After this class, you'll be ready to host your own outdoor barbecue complete with a glass of fresh pink lemonade to enjoy in the great outdoors.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
