Give your teen four days of technique-focused cooking in this hands-on cooking series.
Refine technique and personal style in this fun cooking series in Jacksonville for teens ages 12 and up. Over four days, students will cook dishes like eggs Benedict, dan dan noodles, dry-fried green beans and handmade dumplings, then finish with an advanced cake decorating project featuring lemon curd, homemade sprinkles and fondant details. Guided by Chef Samuel or a resident chef, this cooking series in Jacksonville emphasizes thoughtful execution, plating and confidence-building through hands-on practice.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
