What You’ll Do

Give your teen a baking-focused cooking series designed to build confidence.

Designed for ages 12 and up, this hands-on cooking series in The Woodlands gives teens five focused days to dive deep into advanced baking and pastry skills. Guided by Chef Boris or a professional chef instructor, students will work with pâte à choux, pastry cream, tart dough and laminated pastry while learning the science behind doughs, emulsions and caramel. From St. Honoré cake and fruit tarts to artisan breads and croissants, this cooking series in The Woodlands helps teens build precision, patience and confidence through real pastry techniques.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
