Learn the techniques for making award worthy, classic dishes from around the world such as France's prized Creme Brulee, America's amazing fudgy Molten Lava Cake, Australia's fluffy Pavlova, and so much more. Our chefs will show you how to plate a decadent dessert to make it even more appealing and aromatic; making you want to jump right into that gratifying treat.
Guests are welcome to bring non- alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Alcohol is not permitted onsite.

Meet your chef
Chef Suzi began her pastry apprenticeship at the knee of her Grandmother, in her native New Mexico, later moving to Boston for further study in sugar confections and chocolate artistry. She studied at the International Pastry Arts Center in New York with Chef Albert Kumin, White House Pastry Chef for President Carter. In 1995 Chef Suzi created Wedding Angels, a custom design business specializing in creative, individual expressions in sugar or fabric!
