Chef Chericia welcomes guests to an evening of sumptuous recipes and elegant eating with some classic Italian recipes. This experience would be perfect for a date night or party with friends who are passionate about making — and enjoying — good food.
Chef Chericia brings years of professional cooking experience into a welcoming class setting. To start, you will learn how to craft a prosciutto and arugula flatbread pizza from scratch. From there, roll and cut pasta to create lobster raviolo served with a vodka cream sauce. End on a sweet note with a bright orange panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
