Explore the flavors of Naples in this interactive cooking class in Melbourne. With guidance from Chef Dante or a resident chef, you’ll mix and bake classic Italian meatballs, stretch and top pizza dough and prepare a bright vegetable salad with caper vinaigrette. You’ll also make limoncello sorbet for a citrusy finish. This cooking class in Melbourne focuses on hands-on techniques and authentic recipes inspired by southern Italy.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After graduating, Chef Dante pursued higher education in the culinary arts while working full-time at a prestigious hotel. Chef Dante now thrives in a teaching environment, sharing his expertise and love for cooking with others.
