WHAT YOU’LL DO
Begin your venture into crafting homemade baked goodness with Chef George!
If you are curious about the fundamentals of baking, you now have the opportunity to learn from an expert culinarian who incorporates unique skills and recipes from around the world into his work. In addition, Chef George relishes being able to pass on his immense knowledge to students and providing an atmosphere that promotes discovery and fun.
In his class, you will begin by learning to prepare a perfectly soft homemade sandwich loaf, followed by mouthwatering spicy cheddar corn muffins. For your final creation, Chef George will show you how to bake your own irresistible almond pound cakes. With these delicious recipes under your belt, you can prepare a sumptuous array of baked fare fit for any occasion.
Chef George or his resident chef will be hosting this class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class, a $10 corkage fee will be applied on-site.
