Step into the kitchen with Chef Justin for an immersive cooking class where you’ll build confidence while mastering classic flavors done right. You’ll hone your skills as you prepare a well-rounded Italian menu, from folding dough for fresh pasta to perfectly roasting broccoli.

You’ll kick things off with a colorful Caprese salad featuring ripe tomatoes, creamy Mozzarella cheese, fresh basil and balsamic vinegar reduction. Next is silky fettuccine Alfredo, complete with homemade pasta, rich cream sauce and plenty of Parmesan cheese. For dessert, enjoy a delicate panna cotta topped with milk crumble and seasonal fruit. Justin is very friendly and his professionalism is top notch. He has a keen eye for detail. The high-end cuisine that Justin produces is easily comparable to the greatest restaurants I have visited. He spends painstaking hours whipping up some of the most flavorful dishes I have ever had. His almost artful pairing of ingredients create many beautiful flavor profiles in each dish he presents. I highly suggest you try his food. I promise you will not regret it.
