Chef George’s class begins with learning how to prepare a zesty salsa fresca followed by savory garlic chicken. The course concludes with a flavorful fresh vegetable stir fry that will make your mouth water. With your newly acquired skills, you can create an impressive multi-course meal fit for a variety of occasions.

Working in small restaurants and catering operations throughout his career, Chef George mostly enjoys spending time in his own kitchen working on family recipes, handed down from generation to generation. With a deep love of foods and techniques from all over the world, sharing his craft with others is a lifelong passion.
