WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make dumpling dough, craft savory fillings and cook golden dumplings in this hands-on class.

Experience the joy of handmade dumplings in this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Jenny. You’ll start by mixing a simple dough with flour, water and oil, then learn how to knead, roll and shape it into smooth, flexible wrappers. Next, prepare a flavorful filling with your choice of ground chicken or pork blended with fresh green onion, mushrooms and cabbage. Chef Jenny will show you how to fold and seal each dumpling before cooking them to a crisp, golden perfection. Finish the experience by dipping into a savory sauce and enjoying the comforting flavors you’ve created from scratch.

Jenny made the experience fun and instructive! She made sure to stop by and help each person so no one felt left out/ignored. Huge bonus she cooked them all up for us and while it takes time to do so they were worth the wait and we even had plenty left to take a few home. Soooo tasty!!!
