Sushi Cooking Class - Rolls and Nigiri
In this class, Chef Edison will teach you the basics of making your own rolls and nigiri. You will learn to make the basic rolls as well as some specialties, including a few of his own creations like the Lion King Roll and the Valentine's Day Roll! He will pick a selection of fish based on what's available at the market, and you will learn how to best prepare each fish. From learning to simply cut fish for nigiri to setting up beautiful plates, you'll get one step closer to becoming a sushi master! You'll also get to try some classic Japanese appetizers, including cucumber sesame and tuna avocado salads.
Fish selection will potentially include salmon, walu, tuna, albacore, tai (snapper), tobiko (flying fish roe), ebi (shrimp), aji (mackerel), and ika (squid).
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
