Learn how to transform simple ingredients into delicate ravioli dough, then shape and fill your pasta with rich, flavorful fillings that feel straight out of an Italian kitchen. You’ll prepare two standout varieties: pillowy cheese ravioli served with a bright tomato-basil sauce, and savory chicken ravioli paired with a luxurious mushroom, sun-dried tomato and smoked gouda sauce.

To round out the experience, you’ll also whip up a fresh kale salad drizzled in warm bacon dressing and serve it with crisp, herb-toasted crostini. Another great class by the outstanding Chef Roger! We made fabulous food! We made both chicken and cheese ravioli, marinara sauce, smoked gouda sundried tomato mushroom sauce and a kale salad with warm bacon dressing.
