Roll up your sleeves and dive into the world of handmade pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jasmine. Discover how easy and satisfying it is to turn simple ingredients into silky strands of fresh spaghetti and pair them with a rich, slow-cooked Bolognese sauce.

You’ll start by mixing flour and eggs into a smooth dough, kneading and rolling it out before cutting it into tender pasta ribbons. Then, build a hearty Bolognese with beef, pork, crushed tomatoes and garlic, simmering it until thick, savory and full of depth. Learn how to coat your pasta just right, pick up tips for authentic Italian technique and enjoy the reward of your homemade creation. Come hungry and leave with pasta-making confidence and a recipe worth repeating.

Booked the class Master Handmade Dumplings with Chef Jasmine in McLean (Tysons)

Honestly very misleading. "Her place" is a warehouse with small wooden tables where you cook. She didn't provide a recipe, brought the wrong equipment and there was hair in the dumpling mix.
