Celebrate the season with a gourmet ravioli-making workshop.

Celebrate the holidays with a hands-on pasta-making class in Ann Arbor. Learn the art of crafting fresh pasta dough before filling it with seasonal flavors like butternut squash ravioli topped with brown butter sage sauce and herbed ricotta ravioli paired with a savory tomato-pancetta sauce. Round out the meal with a crisp winter Caesar salad. Guided by Chef Daniel or one of the talented resident chefs, this holiday cooking class in Ann Arbor is the perfect way to combine festive flavors with timeless Italian traditions.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We made ravioli with two different fillings - butternut squash with brown butter sage sauce and ricotta/mozzarella with pancetta tomato sauce. Loved the instruction part. I felt the chef really liked taking about herself. Never received the recipes emailed like she promised. Something they don’t tell you, the kitchen doesn’t have a take out license so we were unable to take home any leftovers
