The class prepared a classic French dinner, including pan seared and oven roasted chicken breast with a pan sauce, oven roasted fingerling potatoes, steamed artichoke and lemon crépes for dessert. The working counter was very well prepared. Wet ingredients were already measured and ready to use. There was a very good demonstration on chef knife skills and the dicing of shallots. The chef did a very nice job and the meal turned out great. Lots of fun. Congrats to Chef Francesca.

We cooked cod with ham serrano and an aioli sauce, chickpeas and asparagus, cheese filled peppers and sweet empanadas. I learned a different way to saute. Carrie was very clear in her instructioins and answered all questions.

Chef Jess was great. She was engaging, kind, and patient. It was my first time doing any cooking class and I will definitely be coming back to take another class with her.
