Cooking Class - From Mixing Bowl to Golden Crust

What You’ll Do

Find joy in the process of slow, mindful bread making.

Get hands-on with homemade bread in this beginner-friendly baking cooking class in Houston. Chef Monica or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through making roasted vegetable focaccia, shaping French baguettes and pain d’epi and building crostini topped with whipped ricotta and hot honey. You’ll also make your own basil oil for extra flavor. This 3-hour cooking experience in Houston is a cozy way to learn new skills and enjoy fresh, from-scratch breads.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

With an extensive career in the industry, her true calling is sharing culinary wisdom with all.
