This five-course menu is a shrimp lover’s dream as it stars in a bisque, grilled skewers, and a rice pilaf. Glazed pork medallions and a tangy asparagus dish add some weight and color to the meal which is perfect for entertaining year-round.

Chef Yapo was a consummate professional and a lot of fun! We got to make pasta from scratch - need I say more?! It was a very hands-on experience, we all got to participate and learn in the process. And the food we made was delicious! Good time had by all!
I graduated from San Diego Culinary Institute and quickly learned that I loved talking about food with the customers more than working in the restaurant so I started working for people directly with local and organic foods since 2009. I love handmade pasta, unique flavors, and global fusion flavors. I'm also very passionate about no-food-waste-cooking and teaching others how to do it.
