This five-course menu is a shrimp lover’s dream as it stars in a bisque, grilled skewers, and a rice pilaf. Glazed pork medallions and a tangy asparagus dish add some weight and color to the meal which is perfect for entertaining year-round.
Chef Yapo’s love of unique and global flavors is evident in all of his cooking, as well as his commitment to the environment of which he is constantly aware. This class spotlights flavors from Southern California and will get everyone involved in the preparation and cooking.
