Cooking Class - Paneer Workshop

COVID-19 protocols this chef will implement are:

Learn to make fresh, homemade paneer and how to integrate it into an authentic North Indian recipe.

Take the mystery out of paneer, and follow the steps to making this Indian farmer’s cheese on your own. Chef Teena brings 20 years of cooking to the table and will energize your team to prepare healthy vegetarian meals at home.

Start off with curdling the fresh paneer, and then incorporate it into a light curry with peas. Round the meal off with cumin scented basmati rice and hot cup of Masala Chai tea. By the end of this class everyone will be able to confidently cook a classic Punjabi meal to impress at the next dinner party.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Overall a good experience. However we could have spent more time actually cooking under direction with people rotating through stations. Also food quantity could have been a bit more generous- esp salad and main dish! Chef Teena was good and very flexible and adapted to our group needs. Will definitely recommend her for an event
