Join Chef Jackson or one of the talented resident chefs to make classic shrimp étouffée, starting with a rich dark roux and layers of savory flavor. Then, cook red beans spiced with Cajun seasoning and smoky andouille sausage, plus golden hushpuppies served with sweet honey butter. For dessert, flambé bananas to create a sizzling bananas foster. Had a blast making pasta from scratch! Never thought I’d actually enjoy kneading dough but here we are. Chef was awesome and now I’m obsessed with fresh fettuccine.

The French croissants class was excellent. Chef Eric was very helpful and the experience was great. Be prepared for an engaging hands-on class We learned a lot and had fun. The final products (sweet and savory croissants) were delicious.
