Join Chef Arra or one of the talented resident chefs to make classic shrimp étouffée, starting with a rich dark roux and layers of savory flavor. Then, cook red beans spiced with Cajun seasoning and smoky andouille sausage, plus golden hushpuppies served with sweet honey butter. For dessert, flambé bananas to create a sizzling bananas foster. The dim sum was good and the class was well organized. However, for the price, I expected much more food. We left hungry.

The food was great but we were not provided anything to drink for the entire two hours. We were told that water would be brought out and it never happened. Also, Arra was quite brash to a few of the guests. I would love to take a class here again but it will not be with her.
