What You’ll Do

Get set to wow your dinner party guests with scratch-made chocolate desserts.

If you have your savory menu sorted for your dinner party but are lacking in the dessert department, this cooking class is sure to help. Under the tutelage of an esteemed chef, you’ll get to grips with the techniques required to whip up restaurant-grade chocolate desserts. You’ll master a recipe for chocolate-covered honeycomb, learn to craft delightfully boozy chocolate espresso Amaretto truffles and you’ll even unlock the skills you need to make a fluffy chocolate soufflé!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

After 10 years of in-depth corporate catering experience, Chef Andrea shifted into instructor mode to share her talent with aspiring cooks. Her culinary education revealed a love and specialty for baking and pastry craft. Her life is filled with family, fur friends, music and sports. All of this activity is the perfect fuel for energizing Chef Andrea as she dreams up new methods for helping her students hone their kitchen skills.
