What You’ll Do

Discover authentic wine-infused recipes including poached figs and roasted beet salad.

This romantic cooking class gives couples the chance to learn the art of wine-infused cooking, together in a warm, inviting and intimate environment. An expert chef encourages participants while showing them how to make prosciutto-wrapped chicken with Chianti sauce, stuffed beet salad with pecans cheese and Cabernet dressing, creamy Chardonnay and Pecorino cheese risotto and elegant Cabernet poached figs with vanilla ice cream and they will learn techniques to make a memorable dining experience, together.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
