Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch under the instruction of a five-star professional chef in an exciting kitchen environment. Start with a refreshing blood orange and hazelnut fennel salad. Next, prepare egg ravioli with truffle butter sauce and meaty pappardelle with bolognese for the main course.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I've never made pasta before. I loved, loved the class & Chef Sam did a great job. It's amazing how much we accomplished in such a short time. When I think about cooking dinner, my mind says it's going to take hours. I will definitely be making this meal very soon.

The Resident Chef was professional, personable and an amazing chef. We shared a stove with another couple and had a fantastic time cooking and laughing. The food was delicious; the food I enjoyed the most was the steak and dessert. We will bel back for another class in the near future.
