Explore the sweet and delicate world of French pastries in an exciting cooking class. Learn to make decadent bakery treats from a top-notch professional chef. Explore different types of pastries including, fleur de sel caramels, lemon-sugared palmiers and rich chocolate glazed éclairs while having a blast in the kitchen.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Married and a proud parent to two young boys, Chef Vlisaria is excited to share expertise and enthusiasm for the culinary arts with their students.
