What You’ll Do

Learn to make unforgettable French fare in this hands-on experience.

Discover the elegant world of French cooking in this upscale cooking class. Master new skills in the kitchen while cooking through a multi-course menu. Prepare two side dishes of green beans almondine and truffled pommes dauphine. For the main course, make perfectly seared scallops topped with champagne beurre blanc. End your class with a floating meringue in vanilla bean crème anglaise, known as Île Flottante, for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

class was fun. but very light and fluffy. big disappointment is not having the correct containers to bring things home! you just taste while there and then leave everything
