What You'll Do

Create an enticing sushi spread to share with your special someone.

In this couples cooking class, you’ll chop, roll and laugh together while preparing colorful sushi classics. Learn chefs’ secrets for frying crispy shrimp tempura rolls and achieving the perfect rice texture. Improve your knife cuts and practice your rolling technique as you prepare maki and hand rolls with tangy yuzu sauce for dipping.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

Chef Dante was wonderful and the gourmet meal was both easy to prepare and delicious! The only change I would make is having a cut off time for late arrivals.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Well we didn't have chef Dante we has some leftover Vito who took 20 minutes to tell us all the places he worked and I mean ALL while we stood on concrete no chairs he was very hard to understand his mic was very loud and a hard thick accent we were a party of 6 and had 1 pan most of us just watched not enough time to do the proper recipe it was missing key ingredients and it tasted bad he rushed us though 2 pasta meals he had to do the last one, we ran out of time and used boxed pasta that we were supposed to make it was very boring and a waste of time I would have perfurd I you tube video better then this guy it was NOT WORTH ALL THAT MONEY also who stand while you eat only offered water with lemon in it I felt rushed and learned NOTHING

I was extremely disappointed… the cooking table was designed to serve 4 couples, but we there were 8 couples there. We had to work with another couple to make the dinner. That’s date night? The “steak” was more of a “Steakum.” For $100 a person, I expected a better cut of meet. Then, we had to stand crushed together to eat the meal. When I was single I may have stood over the sink a couple of times. But for something that was billed as a “Date Night” it fell far short of that. And finally, there was wine as long as you brought your own. I should have gone to Outback and had a fabulous steak dinner for $100, and still have a $100 left in my pocket. The food did have great flavor, but it was cold.
