During this in-depth cooking class, you'll spend a sweet and skillful session crafting iconic French macarons, beginning with perfectly round shells. Once you've mastered the crisp-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside texture, you’ll explore two standout fillings: a vibrant blackberry buttercream and a velvety hazelnut-chocolate ganache. Whether you’re new to the sugar-filled world of macarons or looking to take your pastry skills up a notch, you're in for a delightful day of baking.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

OMG... chef Elizabeth was a amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kept the whole class interesting, learned a lot in just 2 hours, and the food was delicious, will definitely do another class, once my wife comes back from military orders. This was a lilte go away secret present and she was thrilled. Thank you so much for surpassing my expectations
