WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make fresh linguine from scratch in this cooking class.
In this fun cooking class, you'll learn how to make fresh linguine and pair it with a bold Creole-inspired vodka sauce known as "Voodoo Sauce." Ideal for curious cooks and pasta lovers alike, this hands-on experience will guide you through mixing, kneading and cutting your own pasta dough using simple ingredients like flour, egg yolks, olive oil and salt. Then, whip up a rich and creamy Voodoo Sauce made with garlic, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, vodka and cream, spiced to perfection and finished with fresh basil and Parmesan. It's a fun, flavorful dish that’s sure to impress.

With all-purpose flour, egg yolks, olive oil and salt
Voodoo Sauce
With garlic, red pepper flakes (optional), tomato paste, vodka, crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, granulated sugar, basil and Parmesan cheese

We had a blast at this cooking class. The dish was so flavorful and the class was collaborative and fun thanks to Chef Nedra! The Cajun spice mix brought the heat and flavor, but honestly, the secret ingredient was definitely the Chef herself! Highly recommend!

She was amazing! She did an excellent job at showing and telling us everything we needed to know to make this dish as success. She was patient and funny, and did a great job at mixing the group for networking purposes. If you’re thinking about booking this experience, just book it! You won’t regret, I use this as a date night for me and my son. We were there with two best friends… this class is for anybody that wants to learn something to do something new.
