Treat the aspiring chefs in your clan to five days of fun summer cooking.
This five-day summer cooking class is the ultimate treat for teens who are interested in the culinary arts. Guided by an esteemed chef, they’ll explore the techniques required to prove enriched dough, make their own pasta, decorate cakes and more. They’ll also brush up on their food preparation and kitchen safety skills. In other words, as well as graduating with a certificate and a printed menu, they’ll end the week with the confidence they need to take charge of your family kitchen.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Meet your chef
Chef Jennifer has been passionate about cooking since crafting her own meatloaf recipe at age eight. She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.
