Kids over 12 will love this summer cooking class series focused on exploring advanced recipes. They'll sharpen their skills with guidance from a professional chef instructor and learn essential prep techniques, kitchen safety and unique recipes. Chef Monica, a dedicated culinary expert, has a profound affection for the art of baking and pastry. She holds an associates degree in applied sciences for baking and pastry & culinary arts from the Art Institute of Houston. With an extensive career in the industry, her true calling is sharing culinary wisdom with all. Chef Monica dreams of running a charming bed and breakfast where daily cookie baking brings joy to others.
