Inspire your kids’ culinary creativity with this exciting five-day summer cooking series.

This five-day summer cooking class series is perfect for kids who are ready to sharpen their kitchen skills and try cuisines from around the world. Guided by a renowned chef, they’ll start by getting to grips with the basics of kitchen safety. They’ll learn foundational preparation and cooking techniques, using them to master global dishes like sushi, fried rice and fresh pasta. When the series is over, they’ll leave with a certificate of their learnings, a printed menu and the sharp new skills they need to take charge of your home kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She holds an associates degree in applied sciences for baking and pastry & culinary arts from the Art Institute of Houston. With an extensive career in the industry, her true calling is sharing culinary wisdom with all. Chef Monica dreams of running a charming bed and breakfast where daily cookie baking brings joy to others.

We attended as a family for my wife's birthday. This was som much better than just going out to dinner to celebrate. The menu was great and we learned some new cooking tips, all the while working together!
