What You’ll Do

Everyone of all ages will appreciate learning to create their Asian takeout favorites from scratch.

In this interactive cooking class for all ages, families can team up to recreate beloved Asian takeout dishes at home. Start by making lo mein loaded with fresh vegetables, then learn to fold and cook chicken and chive dumplings served with a zesty ginger dipping sauce. To wrap up the meal, enjoy a refreshing scoop of orange sorbet. It’s a flavorful, hands-on experience the whole family will love.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had chef Jen for the lessons and she was great. The recipes were easy to prepare and full of flavor! We cooked in the Sur Le Table kitchens and everything was well stocked. Very fun!

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.
