Cooking Class - Chocolate Extravaganza

Mastering Chocolate in Every Form.

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate — indulge in everyone’s favorite sweet in this bake-centric cooking class. From brownies and mousse to gelato, you’ll use different flavor combinations with each recipe to create three unique, chocolaty treats. A chef instructor will guide you through tempering chocolate, making from-scratch salted caramel, creating chocolate curls and much more. By the end of class, you’ll have an array of delicious desserts.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It wasn’t one of the best food workshops I have attended. Working in groups of 4 on only one station is not appealing especially when you team random people. The food quantity was definitely not enough for 4 people and once we made the food we were told to put it aside and not eat because we were rushed onto the next dish. Finally, I did not feel the chef was accommodating or even trying to be. We asked to split our sauce into half with bacon and half without which would have been super easy to do simply bringing another pan which he claimed to not have while clearly behind us there was a wall full of pots and pans. Nice idea. Not as great of an execution. We won’t be back.
