What You’ll Do

Learn time-saving tips for preparing classic Italian comfort food any day of the week.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to prepare Italian comfort food with ease. Led by an expert chef, you’ll transform leftover pasta into a hearty frittata with sausage and hot peppers, simmer up skillet lasagna with a creamy ricotta layer and char romaine for a Caesar salad with a twist. Dessert? Create tiramisu gelato for a fun frozen version of the classic Italian dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This dim sum class was fast paced but fun! You definitely had to pay close attention! Chef Deb was very knowledgeable however was stretched thin with 16 people in the class to help at once. Food was delicious- this was my 3rd cozy meal class and I’d be happy to try another again!
