Cooking Class - Summer Harvest, Southern at Heart

What You’ll Do

Master a summer menu with modernized Southern dishes, including pork chops, corn fritters and cobbler.

Sweet corn, juicy berries and leafy kale, this hands-on cooking class makes the most of seasonal ingredients with a touch of Southern charm. Led by a skilled chef, you’ll explore frying, grilling and baking with four delicious dishes, including corn fritters with herby aioli, perfectly glazed pork chops and a grilled kale salad with bacon and chile. Finish with a buttery blueberry-cherry cobbler — rustic, fruity and made from scratch.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Fun class but chef made it feel rushed.. she was very nice. Did not like that there was no seats. It was standing the whole time
