Savor both the feeling of accomplishment and succulent flavor that come with learning to create classic and uniquely American cuisine. Chef Daniel will teach you not only how to cook a proper steak and create a classic sauce, but how to incorporate ingredients that best compliment each dish.
You’ll begin with mouthwatering and crispy calamari, followed by an expertly prepared ribeye steak with creamy potatoes, fresh vegetables and a béarnaise sauce peppered with tarragon. Your experience concludes with a heavenly strawberry shortcake that is the perfect dessert to compliment such a meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
