Learn how to make mouthwatering, Asian-inspired appetizers that are guaranteed to be the star of your next cocktail party. Chef Danielle will guide you through the techniques and skills you need to create your choice of three unique recipes.
Create flawless spring rolls bursting with five spice pork, paired with a sour cherry dipping sauce. Wrap luscious scallops in crispy bacon and create a complimentary curried carrot cream sauce, or make rich crab cake sliders sandwiches into pillowy sweet Hawaiian rolls. The menu spans a range of cuisines and cultures and each finger-food recipe is paired with a homemade mouthwatering dipping sauce or spread.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
