Had a wonderful experience! We made spring rolls, papaya salad, pad thai and mango sticky rice. Chef Li was so warm and welcoming. She explained the typical ingredients used in Thai cooking which was extremely helpful, I feel more confident going to the market to purchase them now. I had never heard of palm sugar before this class! Chef Li did a fair amount of prep work ahead of the class, so the group was able to make all of this within reasonable time. We were with two other random couples, and it was so much fun. The food came out so tasty - I especially can't wait to make spring rolls again! So glad we took this class.
