Chef Abraham creates an environment that is relaxed yet also engaging and fun. A culinary professional specializing in Peruvian cuisine, Chef Abraham takes immense pride in sharing his knowledge and assembling a menu that will not only treat your senses, but give you the skills to bring these crowd-pleasing meals into your own home.

Start your class off by preparing a savory and melt-in-your-mouth ceviche clásico. Continue by creating a scrumptious ahi tuna tartare. The class draws to a close with a succulent and delightful court bouillon cooked shrimp cocktail prepared with a delectable array of fresh homemade ingredients.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This guy's ceviche is out of this world. It's a different take on something I've had before and I had no idea it could be so delicious and so good. The corn in that menu is an ingredient I never would have been exposed to any other way and I can't get it out of my head. Let him teach you how to make it, you won't be sorry.
