When one thinks of the French Riviera, images are conjured up of romantic evenings at fine restaurants and gorgeous views of the beach. Now you can bring the distinct taste of this famous resort area into your own home. As a student of the culinary arts since childhood, Chef Fabrice went on to graduate from the distinguished L'ecole Hoteliere De Nice with honors. He has cooked for luminaries around the globe and now resides in San Diego where he enjoys passing on his knowledge in creating healthy and mouthwatering cuisine.
In this cooking class, you will begin your experience by learning to prepare a savory fish soup, followed by nutritious and succulent stuffed zucchini flowers. The class concludes with a classic French dessert; an utterly sinful blackberry clafoutis.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Fabrice is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
Chef Fabrice can host up to 5 guests at his home in North Clairemont or travel to you to host up to 16 in your home. Please specify which location you prefer when booking by selecting the option for 'Chef's Place' or 'My Place.'
