Cooking Class - From Farm to Fork

What You’ll Do

Learn to get creative in your kitchen with seasonal picks from your local farmers market.

If you've always wanted the ability to grab fresh seasonal produce from the local market and use it to whip up a culinary storm at home, this cooking class might well be for you. In it, you'll learn recipes that include watermelon salad with feta and fresh mind, spaghetti with bacon, corn and cherry tomatoes and grilled sugar snap peas with buttermilk aioli. For dessert? What could be better than some blueberry cornbread cobbler?

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
