Master Chef Tanya’s secrets to exquisite Italian cuisine

Master impressive tips and techniques for creating mouthwatering Italian cuisine in a cozy cooking class for two. Chef Tanya will come to your home and guide you through a four-course Italian feast, full of recipes that you can easily recreate.

The first course is a classic heirloom tomato panzanella salad, bursting with ripe tomatoes and artisan bread. Create light, elegant potato gnocchi paired with flavorful pancetta and Parmigiano Reggiano, followed by Italian sausage with your choice of sauce. A rich, zesty lemon ricotta granita ends the meal on a decadent note.

Chef Tanya was so incredible! The food was delightful, we learned a ton, and she was so much fun to share the kitchen with! Would rate 6 stars if I could. Thank you, Chef Tanya, for an awesome night!

This review is a year late in the making but we really wanted to make sure everyone knows Tanya is a fantastic chef and teacher. She was very personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I had a great time making gnochi's together. We were stuffed and had several meals' worth of delicious leftovers. A memorable experience and meal!

Thank you Tanya for the wonderful night. My wife and I had a great experience. We learned many new cooking tricks, tips, and techniques, and had a really fun time. All the food was delicious and we look forward to cooking the recipes ourselves in the future. Thank you also for leaving our kitchen more clean than it was before you arrived.

My grandmother taught me Puerto Rican cuisine and the most important ingredient, love. I began to cook professionally at the age of 12 when we moved to New York and a neighbor offered to "keep me busy" at his Italian restaurant. I have not stopped cooking since! My passion and knowledge drive my belief that nutritious food can tantalize the pallet. By refining the art of cooking, I hope to show clients how to enjoy ethnically diverse cuisine in a healthy way.
