Chef Aleatra is SUCH a smart cookie--no pun intended! She's so talented and excited about what she does that it's infectious. She's serious about taste and flavor and it comes through in her cooking and teaching. Her cupcake was SO yummy and her shrimp were to die for. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! Wonderful class.
Meet your chef
My passion for food goes back as far as I can remember, but my favorite memory is of my first solo cooking experience, making scrambled eggs for my family at the age of six. I have trained in numerous cooking techniques since then including: world cuisine, dessert designing, gluten-free baking, classic sauces, seafood, grilling, Southern and all things bacon and cupcake related!!
