Transform fresh farmers market meats into a luscious menu

Create a tantalizing menu packed with bright flavors and fresh, farmers market ingredients. Master Chef Joseph’s culinary tips and techniques as he guides you through a five-course menu.

The meal starts with a handcrafted hummus crostini, followed by a crostini topped with luscious balsamic Walla Walla onion jam and goat cheese. Learn how to craft a marinated mushroom salad that pairs perfectly with seared chicken and a fresh zucchini noodles. The final course is ripe stone fruit poached in wine with a strawberry coconut ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
