Cooking Class - Farmers Market Meets Supermarket

The meal starts with a handcrafted hummus crostini, followed by a crostini topped with luscious balsamic Walla Walla onion jam and goat cheese. Learn how to craft a marinated mushroom salad that pairs perfectly with seared chicken and a fresh zucchini noodles. The final course is ripe stone fruit poached in wine with a strawberry coconut ice cream.
