Create a stunning four-course Basque meal packed with authentic flavors and ingredients. Chef Karen will guide you through delicious recipes that you can easily recreate at home.
The meal begins with mussels marinated in granache vinegar with fresh herbs and salty capers, followed by blistered padron peppers sprinkled with flaky sea salt and paired with homemade aioli. Learn how to cook a traditional Alubias Rojas del Goierri, a Basque red bean stew with Spanish chorizo and morcilla. Enjoy more rich, traditional flavors as you make braised Basque chicken and chorizo.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
