what an excellent date night idea, I didn’t know what to expect that offered hiring a personal chef to come over and cook, however i was pleasantly surprised as he was not only an expert on the culinary subject and crafted very delicious Italian food but also a delight in conversation as well. Well mannered and kind hearted he was a pleasure to invite to our date night. Mahalo Chef Gaspare!

Chef Gaspare made the best cioppino I've ever had, and told us some amazing stories about his travels, cooking, Italy. Dessert was a fantastic tiramisu, also homemade. This was a delightful evening, and I would highly recommend this class.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Gaspare. In addition to a showing us how to prepare a delicious meal, he shared some wonderful stories from his life in Italy and America. We would heartily recommend him to anyone looking to host a cooking class or just have an intimate date night at home.

What a delightful afternoon! Chef Gaspare class/lunch made for a wonderful birthday gift for my friend. He came to her home, I was held up in traffic and he was gracious and kind about my lateness. He told stories, taught us some food tricks, served us and cleaned the kitchen! For your next celebratory event, have Chef Gaspare come to your home, it will make for a memorable event!

I really enjoyed Chef Gaspar's Cioppino cooking class and I highly recommend it to everyone who loves Italian cuisine and/or wants to learn more about it. The food in the end was divine and certainly one of the best dishes I have had in Seattle.

Chef Gaspare is about as Italian as it gets. He apologizes for his (gorgeous) Italian accent as he explains his simple sauces and the secrets of Chiopino (a thick Italian stew brimming with fresh seafood). What Chef Gaspare learned from his mother and grandmother he passes on to you, with heart and soul. Great and very authentic class for any fan of Italian food, no wait, any fan of food period! Delicious!
